Warranty Terms and Conditions
At Lujo, we stand behind the quality of our products and offer a warranty to provide assurance and peace of mind to our customers. Please read the following terms and conditions regarding the warranty placed on each individual product ordered at Lujo:
Valid Warranty Claims:
- Broken Piece of Jewelry Upon Receiving: If you receive a piece of jewelry that is broken or damaged upon delivery, you are eligible to make a valid warranty claim. Please notify us immediately upon receiving the item and provide photographic evidence of the damage.
- Manufacturing Problems: Our warranty covers manufacturing defects or issues that arise as a result of the production process. If you encounter any manufacturing-related problems with your jewelry, such as loose stones or faulty clasps. If you try to fix any manufacturing defects by yourself, and you end up damaging or breaking the item this will not be a valid warranty claim. Please contact us to initiate a warranty claim.
- Fading of Our Jewelry: We take pride in the quality and durability of our jewelry, and our warranty includes protection against fading over time. If you notice any fading or discoloration of your jewelry due to normal wear and tear, you are eligible to make a valid warranty claim.
Non-Valid Warranty Claims:
- Midway Breakage: Our warranty does not cover breakage that occurs after the initial receipt of the product and during regular use. Breakage that happens after the item has been worn or used for an extended period is considered normal wear and tear and is not eligible for warranty coverage.
- Damage by External Factors: Any damage caused by external factors such as accidents, mishandling, or improper care is not covered under our warranty. This includes damage caused by exposure to chemicals, excessive heat, or rough handling, etc.
- Alterations by Third Parties: Any alterations or modifications made to the jewelry by third parties, including resizing, engraving, or repairs performed by unauthorized individuals or jewelers, voids the warranty. We recommend seeking assistance only from authorized Lujo representatives for any repairs or alterations.
- Loss or Theft: Our warranty does not cover loss or theft of the jewelry. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure the safekeeping of their purchased items.
Please note that all warranty claims are subject to review and approval by Lujo. For valid warranty claims, we will repair or replace the item at our discretion. To initiate a warranty claim or for further assistance, please contact our customer service team.
