OUR 30-DAY RETURN POLICY
We offer a 30-day return policy to ensure your shopping experience is as straightforward and satisfactory as possible. You have 30 days from the day you receive your item to initiate a return if you're not completely satisfied with your purchase.
CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
- Be in the same condition you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
- Accompanied by the proof of purchase.
- Have no damages.
- Have not been worn.
Please note that items returned without fulfilling these conditions or without initiating a return request will not be accepted.
WHAT HAPPENS WHEN MY RETURN REQUEST GETS ACCEPTED?
Once we have received the returned items, we will verify their condition, which will be done by our return department expert. This process can typically take 3 working days, but it is usually much faster. The items will be checked according to the points in our return policy.
If we find that the items are damaged, broken, or worn, we will return them at the buyer's expense.
HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN
Step 1: Click on the following button, which will direct you to your customer account.
Step 2: Enter the email address you used to place the order.
Step 3: You will receive a verification code at that email address, enter it.
Step 4: You will see your order. Click on the "Request Return" option.
Step 5: Select the reason for your return.
Step 6: Our team will review your return request, and you will receive a confirmation email within 3 business days. Once your request is approved, you will receive a return label in a separate email to send the product back to our warehouse.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Upon receiving your order, please inspect the items immediately. If you find any defects, damage, or if you've received the wrong item, contact us right away. If any item you receive is broken, you have 48 hours to address this to us. After the 48 hours, you can still file a warranty claim. However, if you submit a return and we find out the item is broken without prior notification, we will not refund this item. We're committed to resolving any issues promptly and ensuring you're satisfied with your purchase.
PROCESSING TIME
We aim to process returns or exchanges within 7 calendar days and will notify you once the process is completed. Refunds may take up to 10 calendar days to be credited to your account, depending on your bank or card issuer. We commit to issuing refunds within 14 calendar days of the return process.
EXCHANGES
With our program, the quickest way to get your desired item is by re-ordering it once your return has been approved. This means no waiting around for processing or delays. Simply initiate your return, receive approval, and then swiftly reorder your preferred item. It's as easy as that!
REFUNDS
Once we've received and inspected your returned items, we'll promptly notify you via email regarding the approval or denial of your return. If your return is approved, refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 14 business days.
We kindly ask for your patience during this process, as your bank may have its own processing time, which could result in a slight delay in the funds appearing in your account. Rest assured, we're committed to ensuring a timely resolution to your return request.

EXCEPTIONS
We value your satisfaction and strive to provide excellent service. However, please note that we do not accept returns on sale items or products that have been used.
Our Advent Calendar is a limited-edition, seasonal item featuring a curated selection of our best-selling jewelry. Due to its exclusive nature, we do not offer refunds on this item, but we do allow exchanges for a different size if needed. This ensures all customers receive their special item in its original condition while offering flexibility for size adjustments.
Additionally, products released for special holiday events are non-returnable unless otherwise stated.
For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged once purchased to ensure the safety and well-being of all our customers.
