NON-DELIVERED ORDERS

If your order has not been delivered as expected, please use the Track & Trace code to check its status. If there are issues with the delivery, or if it's marked as delivered but not received, please get in touch with us for assistance.

LOST PACKAGES

Please noteΒ that while we strive to provide a seamless shipping experience, we want to clarify that we are not responsible for any lost packages once they have been handed over to our shipping partner, PostNL. In the unfortunate event of a lost package, we will promptly file a report with PostNL to investigate the matter thoroughly.

If your package is confirmed as lost by PostNL, rest assured that we will initiate a refund for your order. Your satisfaction is of utmost importance to us, and we are committed to resolving any issues that may arise during the shipping process.
